Ronda Arndorfer first began exploring Pilates in 2001 at the age of 40 during her recovery from multiple running injuries she incurred while training for her first marathon. With her successful rehabilitation behind her, she embraced Pilates as her new passion to teach and share the experience with others. In 2004, she opened her first studio, Pilates on the Lake, from her home in Dousman, WI, eventually moving to it’s current location in Pewaukee, WI. She completed her Pilates Certification from The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO in 2006 with 985 hours of Teacher Training. Currently enrolled in the Romana Teacher Training program at True Pilates in NYC, Ronda has successfully completed her Basic and Intermediate training with plans to continue her training after an extended break focusing on family medical needs. Ronda continually strives to provide the best, top-quality instructors with fully-equipped, state-of-the-art facility for each Pilates, Yoga and Barre Movement clients. Her mission is to create a fun, positive, enthusiastic, lighthearted environment to help encourage and motivate all clients. Away from the studio, she shares her support in promoting education and raising awareness about Lyme Disease. Ronda currently lives in Dousman, WI with husband Frank and values their time together when traveling and visiting family and friends.
