Description: YOGA helps reduce stress, increases flexibility and strength.  It caters to all individual needs by strength training and lengthening through poses and breath.  Yoga is for the inflexible, the stressed and helps with areas of tension:  shoulders, back, hamstrings, and hips.  Come and grow your mind and body.  You will feel the difference in your everyday life.  The class is taught in a group setting, but offers personalized attention through verbal and hands-on corrections. This is class is appropriate for all levels of experience and modifications and challenges are always offered.
