Private Sessions

Private and semi private sessions are available seven days a week from 5:30am to 8pm by appointment.

Each private session is tailored to help you meet your needs and reach your goals. Our clientele ranges from athletes looking to tone up their muscles and find freedom of movement to those seeking injury rehabilitation and everyone in between. All of our staff is extensively trained through various schools of structural therapy and are professional and supportive.

A one-on-one session with you and an instructor personally designed to fit your needs whether you are simply looking to target your challenge area, have a full body makeover, train for an event, or seeking structural rehabilitation. By appointment.



Duet Pilates, Yoga, or Personal Training Sessions

Would you like to work out with a friend? Similar in design as our private sessions, duets can be customized to fit your needs. If you are looking for a duet partner, please let us know and we will do our best to match you up with someone. By appointment.
