Description: Create comfort and a healthy environment within your body for you and your baby during your pregnancy.  Through principles of optimal alignment, breath work, and intention, we will focus on creating space and relieving common discomforts so you and your baby can thrive.  Women at all stages of pregnancy will benefit from these yoga classes and learn movements they can incorporate into their home practice.  A mother and certified yoga instructor Victoria believes in yoga’s power to transform us.  She’s passionate about helping you connect to your whole self so you can experience authentic freedom.
